For shippers and carriers

Every load on CargoPay has one shipment record: the parties, the route, the cargo, the equipment, the agreed terms and the status history. You enter it once, at the point it is agreed. Everything else on this page reads from it, and nothing is copied between systems, because there is only one system.

Freight board, truck board and bids

Shippers post, carriers answer

Three ways to match a load with a truck, all inside the network of verified companies. A shipper posts a confirmed shipment to the freight board, or opens it as a transport request and receives bids from carriers, then awards one. A carrier publishes free capacity on the truck board so shippers with a load on that lane can contact them. The listing carriers answer and the load you agreed are the same record, so there is no step where somebody retypes it.

eCMR, DeCA and eFTI

Issued from the shipment, signed from a phone

The transport document is built from the data the shipment already holds, so it cannot contradict the order. The eCMR is the electronic consignment note: shipper, driver and consignee sign in order, from any phone, without an account. The DeCA is Spain's electronic control document for national road freight, mandatory from 5 October 2026, issued as an unsigned eFTI document with its own QR link. Several services carried together by one carrier for one shipper can travel under a grouped DeCA: one document with its own number and PDF that lists the documents inside it.

DockPass dock scheduling

For sites with loading bays, and the carriers that visit them

DockPass turns your loading bays into a bookable calendar. The appointment is booked against the shipment itself, so the carrier, the reference and the direction are already known and the driver arrives to a named slot instead of a queue. A carrier books online with the shipment reference from the transport order: no account, no password.

Payment requests

Terms agreed before loading, recorded on the shipment

The payment request is raised against the shipment, on terms both parties see before the load is accepted. You choose one of three workflows: immediate (paid in full before dispatch), authorise and capture (funds held at booking, captured on delivery) or deposit and balance (a deposit now, the balance after the CMR is signed). Paid by card and processed through Stripe, with EU VAT and reverse charge handled on the request. Every step is recorded against the shipment, so the payment is tied to a load the platform can see.

Route planner, TruckTrace, fleet and drivers

The truck side of the same record

Truck route planner: a truck-legal route with breaks and rests placed according to Regulation (EC) 561/2006, with vehicle profile, ADR tunnel category and the stops you add. Public, no account.

TruckTrace: the shipment becomes one time-limited link you send your customer. They watch the truck on a map with no account, no app and no password. The positions come from the log the driver already files; the driver's name and speed are never shown.

Fleet and driver records: the vehicles you register are the ones you post on the truck board and share through TruckTrace. Drivers file their log from a link on their phone, without an account.

Verified network

Nobody signs up; companies are admitted

Before a company can post, bid, sign or be paid, a person reviews its registration documents, validates the VAT number against VIES and checks the address. Verified status is shown on the profile and revalidated on a schedule. Type any VAT number on the public lookup and see whether the company is a member, what was checked and when, before you commit a truck or a load.
