Authorize & Capture gives you control over payment timing:

  1. Create Request: Set up payment request with full amount
  2. Customer Authorizes: Funds are verified but held (not captured)
  3. 7-Day Window: Authorization valid for 7 days
  4. You Capture: Capture payment after delivery confirmation
  5. Partial Capture: Option to capture partial amount if needed
Ideal for: New business relationships or when you want guaranteed funds before transport.

Deposit & Balance splits payment into two parts:

  • Deposit: A percentage you choose (e.g., 30-50%) is captured upfront before transport begins
  • Balance: The remaining amount is captured after delivery confirmation
  • Off-Session: Balance can be captured without customer being present
Benefits: Get cash flow for transport costs (fuel, tolls) while maintaining security.
