The electronic control document (your digital consignment note) Spanish road freight must carry from 5 October 2026: a PDF generated from structured data, with a QR code and a public URL an inspector opens without logging in.

Start with the carrier VAT number

The VAT number of the company performing the transport. It is printed on the document and cannot be changed afterwards.

With the country prefix (ES, PT, FR, RO...). Any EU VAT number is accepted.

The document and its link are deleted after seven days. Contact and driver details are removed at the same time; the company data stays for one year.

Shipper, consignee, loading and unloading places, date, vehicles, driver and goods. Works on a phone.

Download the PDF

The document is generated at once, with its QR code and public URL. Keep the link: it works for seven days.

What you get
